Fifteenth & Oak LLC (“Architype”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Architype app and myarchitype.com to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement submitted to our designated agent.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on Architype infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at info@fifteenthoak.com with the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service (e.g., a URL or description)
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to info@fifteenthoak.com including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed content and its former location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in Maryland

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner seeks a court order.

Repeat Infringers

Architype reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
